How can I create a METALLON account?

To create an account at METALLON.gr, click the icon with the little man at the upper right corner to go to the registration page. You can sign up via Facebook, Google, or email. When connecting via Facebook or Google, confirm your social media profile. For email, enter your email and create a password. As a member, you can add products to your Wish List, auto-fill your shipping details, access past orders, and track your order with a tracking number.

How can I find my correct Bracelet Size?

The easiest way is to wrap a strip of paper underneath your wrist bone. Then mark where the paper overlaps with a pen. Measure the length from the edge of the paper to the mark with a ruler.

How do I order?

You can browse our products by CATEGORY (bracelets, earrings, rings, necklaces), by COLLECTION or you can easily order HERE (https://www.metallon.gr/en/custom-made)a custom made piece of jewelry for you or for a special person.
When you open a product’s page, you can browse through different photos and you can zoom in order to get a clear view of what the piece of jewelry you’re interested in looks like. Once you choose the product(s) you wish to purchase, you simply press the “Add to cart” button. In case there are variables in your product(s) that you need to select (color, material, size, etc), first pick among the available options, then add to your cart. On the window that pops from the right, click on the “View Cart” button to check out, otherwise you can continue shopping or browsing by just clicking somewhere on the site.
You can get redirected to your cart at anytime by pressing the cart icon at the top right corner of any page.

What payment methods are available?

We offer three payment methods: Credit/Debit Card via WIX’s SecureWeb service (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), PayPal, and Cash On Delivery (only for domestic delivery). Contact us if you need assistance with any of these options.

Στο METALLON χρησιμοποιούμε το σύστημα μέτρησης της ΕΕ. Τα δαχτυλίδια υπολογίζονται σε διαμέτρους, το πιο συμηθισμένο νούμερο είναι 52, τα μεγέθη κυμαίνονται μεταξύ 41-76. Αν γνωρίζετε το μέγεθος σας σε ένα διαφορετικό σύστημα μέτρησης, μπορείτε να το αντιστοιχίσετε στον συγκριτικό μας πίνακα.(undefined) Εάν δεν γνωρίζετε το μέγεθος σας, μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε τη σελίδα ΟΔΗΓΟΣ ΔΙΑΣΤΑΣΕΩΝ (javascript:void(0))και να ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες.
