How do I create a METALLON account?
To create an account at METALLON.gr, click on the upper right point on the icon with the little man (image) and you will be transferred to the registration page. There you can sign up in 3 ways: via your Facebook account or your Google account or by email. When connecting via Facebook or Google, you will be asked to confirm your social media profile. In case you want to connect by your e-mail address, enter your email and type a new password with wich you will log in to your account in the future. By creating a METALLON account you enjoy the benefits of: • adding products to your WISHLIST to run back to whenever you feel like it • automatically having your shipping details filled out each time you make an order • having the info of all your past orders • following your order through a tracking number

How can I find my correct Bracelet Size?
The easiest way is to wrap a strip of paper underneath your wrist bone. Then mark where the paper overlaps with a pen. Measure the length from the edge of the paper to the mark with a ruler. If you already know the size in a different measuring system you can download our comparative table to match our system HERE.

How do I order?
You can browse our products by CATEGORY (bracelets, earrings, rings, necklaces), by COLLECTION or you can easily order HERE a custom made piece of jewelry for you or for a special person. When you open a product’s page, you can browse through different photos and you can zoom in order to get a clear view of what the piece of jewelry you’re interested in looks like. Once you choose the product(s) you wish to purchase, you simply press the “Add to cart” button. In case there are variables in your product(s) that you need to select (color, material, size, etc), first pick among the available options, then add to your cart. On the window that pops from the right, click on the “View Cart” button to check out, otherwise you can continue shopping or browsing by just clicking somewhere on the site. You can get redirected to your cart at anytime by pressing the cart icon at the top right corner of any page.

Στο METALLON χρησιμοποιούμε το σύστημα μέτρησης της ΕΕ. Τα δαχτυλίδια υπολογίζονται σε διαμέτρους, το πιο συμηθισμένο νούμερο είναι 52, τα μεγέθη κυμαίνονται μεταξύ 41-76. Αν γνωρίζετε το μέγεθος σας σε ένα διαφορετικό σύστημα μέτρησης, μπορείτε να το αντιστοιχίσετε στον συγκριτικό μας πίνακα. Εάν δεν γνωρίζετε το μέγεθος σας, μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε τη σελίδα ΟΔΗΓΟΣ ΔΙΑΣΤΑΣΕΩΝ και να ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες. Μπορείτε να κάνετε λήψη του μετρητή δακτυλιδιού μας και να το εκτυπώσετε. Τα κολιέ υπολογίζονται σε μήκος, όπως φαίνεται στη φωτογραφία. Necklaces are calculated in lengthleght as shown on the photo. Bracelets are calculated in length, sizes for a woman's wrist are between 1719 cm, you can get instruction on how to measure your wrist correctly on our SIZE GUIDE page.
